Relationship Reflection

Relationship Reflection

Relationship are an important aspect of our lives. No matter who you are, you are in relationship with someone. From the time we are born, we connect with someone in our lives that results in a relationship of some kind.

Currently my relationships consist of family and coworkers. My family relationship provide me with a sense of identity and connects me to my past. My relationship with my co-workers provides me with a sense of purpose and possibility. Although both relationships are important, the family relationship has longevity and the coworkers relationship are short term.

Family relationships are established through existing relationships while coworkers through new connections. Both types of relationships can evolve into a partnership when there is a mutual beneficial connection.

My experiences in relationships has provided me with a sensitivity to the importance and influence that the right relationships/partnerships can have on children, parents, and coworkers. Children naturally tend to seek relationships among teachers, staff and other students.
